I am currently a registered member of ahrefs.com and i can say that this SEO analytics tool lives up to the raving reviews it gets from several SEO experts.
Furthermore, it is a very intuitive tool to use so even newbies can get around it very fast.

I absolutely love them. I have been using ahrefs for awhile now and have to say they get better and better as time goes on. I was initially going to only do one post for the review, but then realized that I need to break it up into a few parts. My favorite tab (I have many) is the new/lost tab. I literally leave it open to that and throughout the day I just hit refresh and see the new links that come in. The rate that they crawl and report is phenomenal.

I’ve always used Open Site Explorer on SEOmoz, but I really like some of the features of ahrefs that you detailed in this post. The breakdown of the various anchor texts used for a site’s backlink profile is not something (at least that I’m aware of) that is offered by any other backlink analysis tool. I’m sure it’s useful in helping to keep a fairly even anchor text profile, rather than having 1 or 2 phrases be heavily overused; which I’m sure would catch the attention of Google.

Hi Richard,
Thanks for dropping by SEOjus. This review is not even close to finished. We were planning on making one post, but realized that it needs a few more. This tool in our eyes is the best out there. We use it all day every day. And yes, the breakdown of anchor text is extremely important today, and if your exact match & is too high, G will definitely penalize you. Thanks for coming by and stay tuned for the follow up review – part 2.
